We accidentally published an incomplete article about the Martin Luther King, Jr. birthday celebration, which was originally scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 17. We’re sorry for any confusion the error may have caused.
The celebration, initially scheduled to occur in the square immediately after chapel, was postponed due to inclement weather. On Thursday morning, John Williams announced that the event was canceled. Williams said staff decided to cancel the event since it was getting late in the week and “most of the MLK activities ended earlier in the week.”
