Good Afternoon, we wanted to provide you with some additional information in regards to Bison Bucks. Please review our FAQ’s and let us know if you have any questions!
What are Bison Bucks?
The Bison Bucks program was created for Lipscomb University Students, Faculty and Staff to be the ultimate complement to the university dining experience. These funds are a supplement to all meal plans (with exception of the Village Plan) and can be added by you, your friends and family online 24/7! Your campus ID card can now be used off campus at select locations as well as all dining locations on campus, and the Lipscomb University Bookstore! Now your campus ID gives you the utmost flexibility, variety and value you deserve!
How can I add Bison Bucks?
To use Bison Bucks, you must first purchase them! You can add Bison Bucks online.

You can choose to pay with a credit or debit cards and savings or checking accounts.
Is there a wait time to use Bison Bucks after adding them?
*If you purchase Bison Bucks with a debit or credit card through the web site, your Bison Bucks will be loaded instantly.
*If you purchase Bison Bucks with a checking or savings account through the web site, your Bison Bucks will take approximately 48 hours to load on to your card.
*Though you can purchase Bison Bucks through Campus Life, there may be up to a 48 hour wait time. If possible, please visit the web site to load your desired amount of Bison Bucks with your credit/debit card or checking/savings account.
Can I use my ID card from last year?
No. Students, faculty and staff must have a new ID card issued from Campus Security before signing up for Bison Bucks! Bison Bucks accounts are updated at 3:30pm Monday-Friday. ID cards issued before 1:45pmeach weekday may be used with the Bison Bucks system after 3:30pm the same day. ID cards issued after 1:45pmor on weekends may be used after 3:30pm the following weekday.
Are Dining Dollars and Bison Bucks Different?
Yes. Dining Dollars come as a part of the meal plans. Bison Bucks must be added to your account in order to use them on or off campus.
Where can I use my Bison Bucks?
*You can use them on campus at all Lipscomb Food Court Locations as well as the Lipscomb Dining Hall and Lipscomb University Bookstore.
*You can use them off campus at the following restaurants:
