The Renewal and service opportunities- Campus Ministry this week

Campus Ministry invites you to be a part of The Renewal,  a time devoted to drawing near to God. Come to the Ezell Chapel on Wednesday night, September 1, and pray, reflect on scripture, sit in silence or share what is on your heart.  The Renewal lasts from 9 p.m. until 10 p.m., but you can stay for as long (or as little) as you’d like. This Friday, September 3, Campus Ministry is leading a group to the Nashville Rescue Mission to serve food from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If you can volunteer, contact Jason Parker at parkerjb@lipscomb.edu.  Volunteers should meet in the Campus Ministry office at 10:15 a.m. (room 130 in the basement of the Bennett Campus Center) and wear closed-toed shoes and modest clothing. On Sunday night, September 12, we are going to be having a campus wide communion service for the Lipscomb Community.
